You may return any new, unopened items sold and filled by Caring Creations within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Items that are opened after delivery are subject to a restocking fee and any used or worn product is not returnable.

We usually ship in 1-2 days with delivery in 5-7 days
